This client wasn’t a big radio advertiser when our AE, Timmie Hardwick, began prospecting this new advertiser. An initial 6-month campaign utilizing all 4 stations and a Career Fair sponsorship yielded such good results, the client renewed for all of 2021 and participated in a second career fair. They continued advertising throughout the pandemic and have doubled the number of applicants for their corrections officer and medical staff positions.
