Kelsey Gresham

Kelsey Gresham is Market President of SummitMedia Knoxville, where she leads the company’s broadcast and digital operations, sales strategy and business development in the market. She focuses on building high-performing teams, driving revenue growth and delivering innovative marketing solutions that help local businesses reach their goals.

Gresham joined SummitMedia in 2022 with a strong background in media sales, strategic leadership and market development. She previously was Station Director for Cox Media Group in Athens, Georgia, where she led sales and station operations. Under her leadership, SummitMedia Knoxville has achieved significant growth in traditional and digital advertising revenue by combining the strength of local radio with digital advertising, streaming and experiential marketing.

Gresham and her team support organizations throughout East Tennessee, including Dolly Parton Children’s Hospital, Second Harvest Food Bank, Dogwood Arts, Young-Williams Animal Center, the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots program and the Knox Asian Festival.
