SummitMedia selects CurtCo Media’s Podcast Network for Strategic Partnership

SummitMedia is the Lead Investor in CurtCo Media’s
Series A Financing Round


BIRMINGHAM, Ala – February 23, 2021 – SummitMedia and CurtCo Media announced today
that they have entered into a strategic partnership that is expected to accelerate growth for both
companies in the fast-growing, global podcasting business. Nearly one-third of the U.S.
population, 100 million people, listen to podcasts at least once per month.

SummitMedia owns and operates forty-seven radio stations in nine states. Los Angeles based
CurtCo Media has spent three decades building successful media businesses across all
landscapes and currently produces cutting edge quality scripted and unscripted podcast
programming. This is SummitMedia’s first formal alliance designed to advance the company’s
foray into this hot new medium.
