SummitMedia Wichita is looking for a front desk receptionist. Duties include greeting visitors and winners picking up prizes from the stations, answering inquiries from callers, forwarding calls, general administrative and clerical support, sorting and distributing incoming correspondence, arranging for daily shipping and outbound mail, maintaining inventory, storage, ordering of office supplies, and other general office duties as needed or directed by supervisor.
Qualifications desired: Reliability is a must. High school diploma required. 1-2 years of administrative & clerical office experience preferred. Proficient in computer skills, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Able to multi-task in fast paced environment, good organizational skills. Personable and customer-service oriented to deal with the general public.
