SummitMedia in Wichita, KS is searching for a Commercial Production Director. The Wichita cluster includes radio stations KFDI, KFTI, KFXJ, KICT, and KYQQ.
The successful candidate understands the value of crafting radio commercials that stand out and deliver results for clients. To be successful you must possess the skill and knowledge to perform each duty with excellence.
Ability to work with creative individuals as part of collaborative team in a fast paced, deadline driven environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Work with our sales, promotions and programming leadership improve the quality of creative copy and production. Work with production directors across markets to voice share across markets. You are point-person for production vendors and resources
Must possess excellent leadership and communication skills. Will coordinate the production of commercials and oversee the entering of commercial content into computer storage systems. Coordinate the downloading of syndicated radio programs and automated commercial jobs. A++ computer skills. Strong voice over and commercial production skills with proficiency and knowledge of various audio editing software platforms including Wide Orbit and Adobe Audition. Strong knowledge of all FCC rules, regulations, and copyright laws. Must be flexible with work hours including nights, weekends and holidays •
Qualifications: Minimum two years in creative Audio production. Supervisory experience preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly motivated and self-directed.
