SummitMedia Talent Showcase-Barbie T

SummitMedia is made of talented people who go above and beyond in the workplace. The June 2021 talent showcase features Barbie T from Greenville, South Carolina.

Barbie T started with the company in 2013 as a Promotions Assistant who quickly made a name for herself. Barbie is never afraid to voice her own opinion and she always brings a good dose of sass with a whole lotta class, making her the perfect co-host on the Dex and Barbie T Morning show. The Dex and Barbie T show can be heard weekdays on WHZT Hot 98.1 in Greenville South Carolina and WKHT Hot 104.5 in Knoxville Tennessee. In addition to being a morning show co-host, Barbie T is also the sole mid-day host on Hot 98.1 where she is consistently a top 5 ranked talent in her time slot. When Barbie T is not on-air you can find her working hard to better the community with events like the Hot 98.1 Toy Drive, “A Child’s Haven Foodie for the Future”, and more. Barbie also volunteers countless hours at the Spartanburg Soup Kitchen, mentoring young females, and sometimes at the alter as an officiant for weddings.

Outside of work and her community service efforts, Barbie T enjoys riding bikes, traveling, reading, and being a rich auntie to her nephew, Kingston.
