Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator

SummitMedia, LLC, a multimedia company with broadcasting, digital media, and event brands across multiple markets is looking to expand our corporate Digital Media Hub. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator for a hybrid opportunity based in our Birmingham, AL office. The right candidate must be based in Birmingham and be willing to work both in the office and remote, as needed. This is an ideal opportunity for a media professional with 2+years of related work experience with a paid digital media and/or digital marketing focus.

The Digital Marketing Campaign Coordinator will work closely with our Digital Sales Operations team to ensure the success of our client’s Digital Advertising Campaigns. This role requires a great deal of support interaction with our sales team members in multiple markets.

Position responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Processing and entering digital campaign request for proposals.

  • Proficiently organize and analyze data to support strategic decision making and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.

  • Using our online management portal system to monitor campaigns once they have launched.

  • Communicating with sales reps regarding items needed to launch campaigns (creative specs, tracking pixels, etc) and items needed throughout the length of the client’s campaign.

  • Managing monthly reporting for all digital campaigns.

  • Ad hoc tasks as needed for managing and ensuring the success of our digital campaigns.

What You’ll Bring:

·       2+ years’ experience in a Digital Advertising/Paid-Media Campaign Assistant role in a professional office environment preferred.

·       Proven track record of being professional, analytical, detail-oriented, and organized.

·       Experience working in a fast-paced and professional environment.

·       Experience building positive internal team relationships and driving collaboration.

·       Strong CRM and Microsoft Applications Suite capabilities.

·       College degree in media, communications or marketing preferred.
